Frequently asked questions
From when can I book?+
Bookings are open for the full season from May to October. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your preferred room.
How does the two-part payment work?+
You pay 50% at booking to secure your dates. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by card or bank transfer.
What surf level is required?+
All levels, from complete beginner to confirmed surfer. Groups are formed by level, with adapted gear (foam boards for beginners, hard boards thereafter).
What should I bring?+
Swimsuit, sunscreen, flip-flops, beach towel. Wetsuit and board are provided. Bed and bath linen too.
Can I cancel my booking?+
The 50% deposit paid at booking is non-refundable in case of cancellation, regardless of timing. In case of force majeure (hospitalisation, etc.), contact the team at booking@oceanadventure.surf to discuss your situation.
